Unique Creekside 2 acre property in Hope Mills, NC

Unique efficiency suite completely remodeled as of November, 2020. This house is tucked away in a great neighborhood, making you feel like you are out in the woods on a private creekside retreat. You have 2 acres of creekside property all to yourself. Upgrades in the home include new stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counters, gorgeous custom tilework in the bathroom, a fantastic covered deck overlooking the rear of the property and it is comfortably furnished and fully stocked.

The space
This unique property will make you feel like you are in a creek-side treehouse. It is in an established neighborhood close to everything, but tucked away off the main road so you can enjoy your privacy and the serene setting. While our guest, you will have complete and private access to the entire 2 acre creek-front property. The space you are using is an efficiency suite above a detached 2-car garage. The entire space has been completely renovated with luxurious appointments, including stainless steel appliances, granite counters, new white shaker cabinets, custom tile-work in the kitchen and bathroom, LVT flooring, and brand new furnishings. Out back there is a tree-top level covered deck overlooking the peaceful 2 acres creek-front property. Inside is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel like you’re at home: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, cups, mugs, sheets, towels and more. Make yourself at home!

Guest access
You have complete and private access to the house and 2 acres of creekside land. The main house next to your studio suite is currently being renovated, so please excuse our mess while we finish this space. Feel free to contact us with questions if this is a concern.

Other things to note
This home will be professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests utilizing COVID safe procedures.

Special Events? - if you are celebrating or participating in a special event please let us know what we can do to ensure you have a memorable experience - (anniversary, honeymoon, engagement, birthday, redeployment ceremony, military event/graduation).

Written by the Mrs….Our stay was amazing we were able to bring our 2 dogs who are almost 10 years old, it’s hard to find places that will let us have them with us & we want them to live their best lives. They loved going for walks in the woods and our 2 1/2 year old grandson loved fishing and having his PaPa help him, while our 1 year old grandson got to play and hang out with MaMa. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The hosts are very nice and kind, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Perfect

We found this perfect place for us just 2 miles away from my son. We walked in and everything was just as it shows in the pictures..perfect for our weekend stay!! Awesome stay

The stay was awesome. Very quiet quaint location. Although we weren’t able to set heat temperature to warm up house. Family member did bring a small portable heater. Didn’t want to be a bother to owners. Other than that loved the stay.

Best Place to Stay in Hope Mills, NC

Quiet, private little place, nestled in the woods. We love to have our coffee on the back deck in the morning, listening to the birds. This place has absolutely everything you need for your stay. The hosts are so inviting and are readily available if anything is needed.

Excellent get away spot for with ieace and quietness.

Perfect outdoor spot on the wood line with nature to wake up in the morning time, surrounded by mother nature. Property is as advertised online with that comfort as home beside staying in a hotel. Direct contact with the owners for any need. This place is a jem. Whenever i go back to Fayetteville North Carolina i know exactly where i will be staying. Thank you for letting me enjoy the property.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This little slice of perfection is hidden behind a culdesac. Super close to any store or restaurant needed. It's spacious! The woods are peaceful! The stream is clean and pleasant. I can't say enough good things about this listing!!

Simplicity perfected

This is the perfect setup for anyone traveling alone. Wake up to the sun shining through the windows. Walk out on the balcony and enjoy your cup of coffee while listening to the birds chirp as you overlook a gently flowing creek. It sounds like a painting but its real. I like this style of setup because you can see the entire house all the time. I've rented houses by myself before and always felt it was too much house. I was regularly checking all the rooms whenever i came and went. This place was clean, nicely laid out and furnished, and they even left snacks! It is also perfectly located. You are no more than 5 minutes from food, shopping, restaurants. I hope they continue to keep this as a rental option as I can easily see myself coming back.

Well Worth It

Nice little spot tucked away from the loud city, yet conveniently close enough to make a last minute Walmart run. Beautiful creek running behind the house that makes for a peaceful morning view from the back porch. Overall a great place for a great price.

I was surprised by the location. Your in the city until you arrive at your location and your in the woods with a water creek. Beautiful location with a small cozy room. Slept good the bed is comfortable and I loved my stay.

Great communication!

This was one of the easiest entries to a rental we’ve ever had. The owners sent descriptive emails and photos, which we were so happy to see because we were arriving in the dark. Their communication made this an easy experience in this super clean and equipped rental!
