「Solo traveler in town for a week for business. Communication with the host was great. No issues with checkin. The place is much better than a hotel hands down. Very clean. The bar is a nice place to set up makeshift office. Nice little kitchen to prep small meals and avoid constant takeout. Even had a dishwasher. The bed is not the most comfortable, it’s hard in my opinion but I prefer a very soft bed. The only things I would recommend adding is an outlet nightlight in the bathroom, wider...

「The pictures don't do the property justice. The house is beautiful, very clean and cozy. John and Courtney were very accommodating and communicative. Would definitely rebook!」

「My family of six stayed the night on our way from Upstate New York to Orlando, Florida. It was a great location just minutes off of I-95. We were happy to find a cozy house with plenty of space and a pool, which the kids loved. Perfect place to stop and recharge on a long road trip. Check in was smooth and good communication from host. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!」

「Home was very dirty , cookware had to be washed . Drier does not work . 」

「Very nice open spaces, clean and convenient.」

「This is our second time at this property. We like it because of the proximity to i95 and its cleanliness. The pictures are accurate and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet. The reason for the 4 stars is because this time they didn't leave us any towels.」

「Very cute house and neighborhoodOwner was quick to respond and strong when addressing a small issue, clearly caring about the guests and how that small interaction has greater and cumulative impact on the community through the hospitality business and interactions with people, which is very appreciated. Very pleasant. Thank you.」
