What a beautiful hotel. The aesthetics only outdone by the wonderfully helpful and generous staff!! We’re truly sad to leave. And would easily return to this property. Thank you for everything!!

Friendly staff but not as helpful as l expected for a 5 star. Hotel is in very good condition but not top. Breakfast is superb but very expensive in comparison to other 5 star properties. Best location near the park, train station and the main shopping area. We liked the room as it was clean and quiet but no balcony or view. Wouldnt stay here again as it was a one off experience and the cost is way too high for our budget.

"They charged me too much money for the stay because I’ve arrived the next day . I had some problems with my travel yet they cancelled my booking and I had to pay again. Hotel is very far from the Madrid center and trains don’t work after 11pm . So if you go out prepare to take expensive taxi!! Stuff ..."
