With our location being in the center of Waikiki as well as on the beach, there is always something for our guests to do. We do apologize for knowing that none of our Japanese speaking hosts were available at the time you reported to the front desk. It is also sad to know the noise from the city did cause a disturbance, please be advised that rooms closer to the ocean undergo less noise being that they are further away from the city. Perhaps upgrades may be something you would be able to consider during your next stay with us hopefully.
