"Everyone we encountered as soon as we got there was super helpful and friendly. Henry was one of the bell boys when we pulled up. He was quick to help us and make us as comfortable as possible and we even cane back later to ask him for recommendations for food and things to do. He really went above and beyond for us. The hotel is older so it isn’t going to be a 5 star for the condition of the property and there was construction happening nearby which we were warned about previously while booking, but everything was clean and mostly in working order. We did have an issue on our last night with the tv. The volume button on our remote wasn't working and the tv volume was getting louder and louder so we ended up having to unplug the tv. But other than that everything and everyone there was great. The location was literally next door to the international market and a 4 minute walk to waikiki beach. We will definitely stay here again."

"The location of this hotel is great. Close to main strip where all the shops and restaurants are but it can be noisy if you want to go to bed earlier than 10pm. The hotel has a nice beach and Dukes is a great place to have a dinner and drinks with an ocean view. The pool is kind of small so we stayed at the beach only. Even tho there’s construction going on, I didn’t hear any noise when I was there. Loved the refillable water bottles and all the water fountains available all over the hotel to refill them. The free beach bag was a nice surprise also. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. "

"Room overlooked ocean. Clean except tub stained a bit maybe get a magic eraser. No microwave. Staff friendly and helpful. Tiki bar is nice. "

"I had the opportunity to get a great opportunity to experience 3rooms it was an awesome experience and stay really loved the 33rd floor with the ocean view was more than enough I could ask for. The property and people were very welcoming and pleasant "

"Beautiful ocean view, lots of stores and nice restaurants very close to the hotel. The walk to the beach is short and very lovely! Very beautiful parks around to walk. The room was very clean and comfortable! The staff was super amazing and sweet! Very helpful and attentive! Looking forward to our next visit!"
