気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

寝室の電気が壊れていたり、トイレットペーパーの替えがなかったり、他にもいろいろ…。伝えればすぐ対応してくれるので、問題というほどの問題は特にありません。ただ、細かいことが気になる方はやめた方がよいです。私個人としては、次回またワイキキに宿泊する際は、再度利用したいホテルです。

キッチン　浴室の引き出しの中の掃除がなされてなかったのが残念。３日目の清掃で水回り(風呂)が清掃されてなかったのがやはり残念でした。

There was no hair dryer. There was a shampoo container, but the container was broken so I couldn't use it. A week ago, I forgot 5 clothes in my closet, and I contacted them the same day, but they didn't reply.

海とダイヤモンドヘッドが見えて絶景でした。素晴らしかったです。部屋もきれいで、間取りも良く各階にランドリーがありよかったです。プールが午前中しか日が当たらなく午後は少し肌寒く感じたこととエレベーターがゆっくりだったのだけが愛嬌でしょうか。

スタッフの方々が感じよかった。高層階で眺めも大満足。ラナイもあるし部屋がベットルームとルーリビング&ダイニングの二部屋で広く使えた。バスタブもありシャワーや湯圧も問題なかった。ドライヤーが使えなかった。まな板がなかった。バーべキュー施設もあり、ホテルの方が近づいてきて使い方を教えてくれた。火が上手くつかないと周りの方が親切に教えてくれた。夕方は混んでいた。ヒルトンワイキキの金曜日の花火もホテルから一番近いビーチでよく見えた。ワイキキトロリーやThe busのバス停が近いのでどこへ行くのも便利また泊まりたい。

コンドミニアムに泊まったのは初めてだっだのですが、やはりホテルとくらべると清掃や清潔感は劣るかな？という印象です。お風呂に前の人の髪の毛が残っていました😨 ただ長期滞在者向けなのでしかたないのかなと思い我慢しました。うちは赤ちゃん連れだったので食事面等を考慮してコンドミニアムにしましたが、設備は充実していました。ただ全体的に古い印象ではありました。寝室が分厚い扉で、リビングと分かれていたので子供連れには助かりました(^^)

家族4人で12泊したのですが、ハウスキーピングが3日に1回になっていたので、新しいタオルに変えてもらう事やお部屋に置いてあるコーヒー紅茶の追加、ティッシュやトイレットペーパーの追加など、わざわざフロントに電話したり、フロントに取りに行ったりと、とても不便に感じました。ハウスキーピングも、人によりいい加減だったり…。何度も利用している中で、今年が一番がっかりしました。次回は利用するか少し検討したいと思いました。でも、キッチンはお料理がしっかり出来る設備もお皿もあり、それはとても楽しめてよかったです。

5泊の滞在中、ハウスキーピングは、一度もありませんでした。必要なものをリクエストして、届けてもらいました。タオルはリクエストすれば、好きなだけ持ってきてくれました。 12月の滞在で、プールは風が強くて45分も入ったら、寒くて限界でした。キッチンは、大きなオーブンが使いやすくて、毎日お肉を焼いていました。ただし、少しの煙で火災報知器が鳴るのが大変でした。外のBBQコンロを楽しみにしていましたが、風が強くて滞在中に利用している人はだれもいませんでした。バスルームにダニのようなものが毎日歩いていたのが、いまいちでした。

ワイキキの外れ、動物園の近くでしたが、メインストリートの喧騒とは程遠く、とても静かに過ごせました。それでいて決して遠い訳ではなく、主だったお店や施設にも徒歩圏で、とても便利なコンドミニアムでした。

良かった点 : 設備とサービス

今回で２度めの宿泊になります。良い点はゆったりと過ごせる広さと窓からの綺麗な山側の景色と、夜景に癒やされます。２回共３０階以上の高層階でしたのでなおさらでした。周りの施設は何もなく食事に出かけるのも歩きますがのんびり過ごした後と食事後の運動と考えてたのしめたことと静かな環境は落ち着いた滞在ができました。部屋は古くカーテンがほつれていたり開け締めの棒が壊れたままでしたがベットの上から上部を引くと開きました（笑）総合して、静かにゆったりと過ごしたい方には良いと思います。

海に近く部屋からの景色もオーシャンビューと言うことで大変良かった。ダイヤモンドヘッドの一部も見えた。だが、テレビのリモコンの操作が大変難しく画像が出るまでに20分ほどかかった。日本語のインストラクションがあれば大変いいのにと思った。

お部屋からの景色が最高でした。オーシャンビューだしダイアモンドヘッドもみえて、めちゃくちゃしあわせでした。また利用したいです。フロントも警備員さんの対応もとても良かったです。バーベキュー施設も予約なしで利用できたし、とにかく最高でした。ありがとうございました。

4年前にも利用して2ベットルームのホテルがなかなか無いので今回もこのホテルに決めました。リゾートフィーがどのホテルでもあるのは仕方ないのですが、部屋の掃除ベッドメーキングは3日に一回となっていて、ゴミ出しからタオルの交換、リゾートフィーに含まれているのにコーヒーなど、毎日頼まないとセッティングされないのは納得がいかないです。フロントにその度に朝頼んで出かけると、夕方帰っても部屋のタオルなど交換されてないのが数日続いて、再度フロントにお願いしてやっと届くのはいかがなものかと思ってしまいました。掃除やベッドメーキングは我慢できるけど、毎日使うタオルなどはお願いしなくても交換して欲しいと思います。

いろいろなリクエストを聞いてくださる気持ちの良いコンドミニアムで、周りの雰囲気も静かで好きです。バス停もすぐだし、駐車場も使い易い。レンタルのロードバイクも部屋に入れさせてくれます。今回残念ながらフルキッチンの部屋にカッティングボードが無く、お願いしても物が届きませんでした。もう届きましたか？と確認電話は来たのですが…
