「Lovely (very new construction) 1 BR apt with a comfortable sofa bed in LR. FULLY equipped kitchen, plenty of towels/linens, the place was spotless & neutrally decorated. A lot of thought went into making this a welcoming place - even a luggage rack is available! Good location with easy access to grocery stores, LIRR, and restaurants. Danny is a great host!」

「If I could give this booking 6-stars, I would. House is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, linens and bedding are luxurious. Ashley was an amazing host. Very responsive, instructions to access the unit were easy to understand. We were there for a running race and she even left us a care package with Gatorade snacks and some post run hot chocolate (it was January)! If we’re back in Patchogue, her listing will definitely be my first choice!」

Los aires acondicionados funcionaban de forma excelente lo cual fue muy bueno ya que nos tocaron días calurosos. Tanto Leslie como su marido se mostraron muy predispuestos a brindarnos asistencia cuando la necesitamos así como información sobre negocios en el barrio. El cual es muy pintoresco y tranquilo. Los anfitriones no hablaban español,nosotros no...
