「Last weekend we stayed at the Wiveton Bell for two nights. I have to report that the pub has changed hands since we were last there. The room we had was well appointed; a small snug with two easy chairs, coffee table and sideboard ......kettle, coffee machine, magazines etc.... and a separate roomy bedroom with a TV and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space plus a modern ensuite.  We had several issues regarding the room. Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. 「This is a wonderful example of historic English buildings that have been updated for modern stays without losing their architectural quirks and historical oddities. Not ideal for people with limited mobility, but we enjoyed ducking under low lintels and walking over uneven floors, some of which have been around for several centuries. 「Easy check in taken to room which had everything you need very clean, tidy and modern. By the looks of the room it had recently been decorated and perhaps updated been done very nicely. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a meal early evening, four of us, different choices and we all enjoyed our meals. Breakfast in the morning was good with a nice choice. Nice garden area with lots of space and tables overlooking the broads, ideal location. Would definitely recommend staying here.」
