"Great stay! Parking was easy"

"First day of arrival we did not have hot water and had to call for assistance they said we had to run the water at less 15-20mins before to get hot water. We paid the newly remoled side lol and when we got off the elevator the phone on the wall was broken and hanging on the floor. Our room was pretty small and felt tight. I will not be staying at this hotel again. "

"Staff was horrible. I called housekeeping multiple times and no one ever answered. I called the front desk from my room and again. No answer! I had to call the 1-800 number I found online just to order fresh towels to my room. The towels NEVER CAME!! I spent 2.5 days there with the same towels. Thoroughly disappointed with this place. "

"The pink windows are kinda weird. Everything else about the property was fantastic, the free breakfast was stellar and the staff were all very approachable and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
