The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Every area of the hotel was well-maintained and reflected a high standard of cleanliness. The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything I needed. I also really appreciated the little touches, like quick service, friendly staff always ready to help, and a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a 5-star experience."

"We came here with kids and chose this hotel because it looked attractive from the outside and is close to the beach. Unfortunately, everything was disappointing from the very beginning. There was no proper parking available — we had to pay $43 for valet parking, and it wasn’t even clear where our car was being taken. We also had to wait about 40 minutes to check in, with only two receptionists working very slowly. The pool was dirty, with a lot of hair, some feathers, and what looked like mold on the bottom. It was also very noisy at night. We went to bed around 10 PM, but loud music from the bar kept playing. We had to leave the air conditioner on all night just to block out the noise."
