Hotel was stylishly decorated and there was a nice vibe created by the layout of the social areas and also by the staff. Room was really comfortable, clean and well thought out, again stylish decor and a spacious bathroom. Nice view across the rooftops to the Liver Building. Staff really engaging and helpful - it’s the staff that make it. Would definitely go back.

Spacious ,clean, well equipped room, free soft drinks in the mini fridge but found the glass shower a bit odd..

Daniel on the front desk was amazing, there was also a young lady who helped us with our air conditioning as we were having problems, she then went out of her way to bring us a fan and a bucket of ice for our drinks. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much for them. Daniel had me in stitches, absolutely cracking personality.

Very convenient location, reasonable price right behind the train station in downtown Liverpool I like that and I would go there again
