Step inside Sea La Vie and your beach vacation begins. Located one block to the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, our three-bedroom home is the perfect beach retreat.

Decorated in beachy blues and seafoam greens, the cozy living room features a large TV and is steps from the kitchen. Create a delicious meal in the bright and cheery kitchen while your guests gather around the spacious island. Dinner is served at the dining table with seating for eight.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The nearby guest room features a king bed with a full bathroom located in the hall. Bedroom three has two twin beds with a nearby half bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

French doors from the kitchen lead to the fenced backyard with lavish landscaping. Enjoy a meal under covered patio dining poolside. Relax in pool loungers and take in the tropical breezes of the island. The sparkling pool beckons every sun worshipper to cool down in the refreshing waters.

When it's time to hit the beach, the walk is short - just a block to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Search for shells, float in the warm gulf waters, watch the seabirds catch their dinner, and wait for an amazing sunset.

Sea La Vie is centrally located to the many shops and restaurants in Holmes Beach. The free AMI Trolley has stops within a few blocks and will take you the entire length of the island.

Clean house, perfect location!

We have vacationed in AMI the last few summers and this is by far our favorite rental! Check in was easy, house was super clean, and you can’t beat the location! So close to the beach AND walking distance to several of our favorite restaurants. The only “bad” things were the beach chairs were in very rough condition and the pool wasn’t vacuumed.

The Perfect House + Location

What an amazing property!! We had the best time visiting Anna Maria Island, all thanks to our time staying at Sea La Vie! From a location perspective, it was so close to walk to the beach (stunning beach), the shops, and local eats! Within minutes of highly recommended places (The Ugly Grouper, Hurricane Hanks, The Doctor’s Office, etc.) and it was a short drive/golf cart ride to either side of the island! We will be coming back to make even more amazing family memories :)

House very well located 5 minutes walk from the sea and 3 minutes from the marina and its restaurants very nice pool in a great garden with mature trees very quiet if you need anything, anna maria life team will be there to help you

Great house

Beautiful house that was perfect for our family of 5. House was super clean and easy walk to the beach. The wagons were perfect for carting our beach stuff and our littles. Only "complaint" is lack of beach chairs/umbrella. We flew in so couldn't bring any with us and the chairs provided were in pretty bad shape/ super small. Overall great house and location and would definitely come back!

Perfect!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was clean, kitchen well stocked (but kitchen utensils, pans, and coffee pot could use some updating) updated appliances, pool was nice and heated. The beach was so close, you could see it across the street :) Would definitely stay here again!

wonderful spot!!

This was the perfect spot for our family to gather from far and wide and enjoy a real holiday! We first came to Anna Maria many years ago and we hadn't been back in ten years. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything else. Beds were comfy, appreciated the three bathrooms and the backyard was beautiful. I hope we can come back before another ten years goes by.

2022 Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Sea La Vie in August! The home was perfect for a weeks stay with my elderly parents! It was such a blessing for them not to have to worry about any stairs. The only suggestions is hanging racks/hooks in the bathrooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the area of the home was super quiet with easy access to the beach. We loved the shabby beachy feel of all the home decorations.

Beautifully Renovated Home 1 Block From the Beach.

Sea La Vie is a one story home with a private backyard, gas grill and heated pool. . Newly renovated, the house is lovely, the furniture beautiful, has very comfortable mattresses, quality linens and a top notch kitchen furnished with all new cookware! It was such a joy to have a well stocked gorgeous kitchen with everything a cook could possibly need. When going to the beach just a block away, beach chairs are provided along with a wagon and large thick beach towels. This is the perfect smaller home within walking distance to stores and restaurants that will meet all expectations for a wonderful vacation on AMI.

Location location

Can't beat the location. Even closer to beach entrance than it looks. Super convenient to shops. We had a golf cart but loved being able to walk everywhere. AMI was quick to respond to things and I'd definitely rent from them again. The reason for 4 stars is due to the bathrooms and mold smell. For 6 adults it was extremely tight. 2 people cannot fit in the master at the same time. The half bath was handy to have. The house did have a mold smell that never subsided. Recommend getting the ac ducts cleaned or something.

Great location

This house was a really cute house with wonderful landscaping, in a great location, and was fully stocked for what we needed. The common areas in the home are all updated and beautiful. I had to call the rental office about an issue I was having, and they responded and sent someone out very quickly. It was located in a quiet neighborhood that was directly across from the beach. The outdoor area was really spectacular, but unfortunately, the pool itself doesn’t get much sun one way to make the house better would’ve been to include a full length mirror. Also, two people cannot get ready in the master bath at the same time. It is tiny! That being said, the house met our needs, and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Paradise on Earth

Amazing and stunning property. Appeared to be comletely renovated and we may have been the first people to visit. Perfect set-up for famlies. Wonderful pool, yard was pristine. 2 small opportunities: 1. The yard caretakers came in and went as they pleased with no warning. A bit jarring to see 3 guys stroll into the backyard unannounced while your children are in the pool. 2. Really, really, really poor communication with property management. Went to their office, called, texted, asked when property would be ready. Never received any communication back so we finally entered the property 2 hours after check-in time, but were still never told we could enter. Upon leaving they sent a pretty nasty threatening email about leaving my check-out time or else. This beautiful space definitely needs new property managers.

Perfect Family Vacation

Sea La Vie is a great place, perfectly located only a block away from the beach and less than a 12 min golf cart ride to pretty much anywhere on the island (which I strongly suggest renting - it's the best way to experience the island). Our family of 4 were so comfortable with plenty of space. The backyard was a hit with the heated (so warm!) salt-water pool (kids did not ever want to get out!), gas grill, and amazing landscaping with the HUGE awesome palm trees and plenty of lounging available. There is a storage bin with some pool tubes, a beach umbrella (on it's last legs) and 2 beach chairs, as well as a large wagon. If you plan on going to the beach for multiple days, I suggest renting. Inside the décor was on point, my wife was obsessed with how well they coordinated everything. Rooms were a great size (although the main bath was a bit cramped). The kitchen was very well laid out. As they state, there are not many starters, so plan to buy TP, soap, spices, oils, foil etc. whatever you need for cooking besides the pots/pans/plates/cups/utensils/blender/crock pot/toaster. Only suggestion is a better coffee maker, the one there as seen better days. Overall, we had perfect week's long vacation and will most likely be renting Sea La Vie again! (November 7 - 14, 2023)

This was the perfect location on AMI. I got lucky since I'd never been there before. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was well appointed, although it would be nice if it came with a few more things. We knew there would only be one roll of TP per bathroom and one trash can liner so we got those when we stopped to get supplies. The kitchen has almost everything you need to cook...but you have to bring/buy every single thing you'd need; salt and pepper, oil, any spice, condiments, etc. We were also disappointed in the beach chairs the description said were available. There were two ratty chairs. We bought four new ones to use and left them for anyone that comes behind us to use. Enjoy. The pool was divine abd the backyard landscaping was so pretty. All in all, I'd be happy to stay here again! And I hope too!

Girl's Trip

This house is very clean and very nice. It's in a beautiful location close to restaurants and shops. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs. We had some issues, mostly due to the storm. I have to say they were addressed quickly. The reason I give the 4 instead of the 5 the pool area is beautiful but the pool is never in the sun. This was disappointing especially since we had asked prior to booking. Also I would like to make a suggestion we have stayed at many rentals and I do understand only providing toilet paper to get you started but never stayed anywhere where they only provide one garbage bag for 9 nights. I believe garbage bags should be provided. Again very clean and beautiful house.

Great Home!

Sea La Vie is a great home in a fantastic location. The house as been updated with 3 large bedrooms, comfy beds and new furniture. The backyard is lovely with lots of palm trees and a private pool. A beach wagon is provided as well as beach towels. A quick and easy walk to the beach. Just around the corner from a few restaurants, liquor store and ice cream shop. Alyah in the managing office was a pleasure to work with!

Stay at Sea La Vie

We are from Chicago and big fans of Florida, especially the Keys. We had never been to Anna Maria Island or that particular part of Florida. To put it simply, we were blown away! The house, the backyard with heated pool, the landscaping (I love palm trees), the short distance to the beautiful beach, the local stores, bars, and restaurants were all incredible! The owners were extremely thoughtful of how the house was maintained and laid out (truly top notch)!!! We have already booked again for 2022! - Stay Dates - Nov 27 - Dec 4, 2021
