"I have visited Sharm many times, but this hotel continues to stand out as the best. It is peaceful, elegant and designed for genuine relaxation. The grounds are lush and welcoming, and the sunrise over the Red Sea is truly spectacular. The beach is clean and calm with excellent snorkelling, and there are always plenty of sunbeds available, even later in the morning. The pool area is spotless, well organised and ideal for cooling off or enjoying a quiet afternoon. My room was comfortable and very well maintained, with granite bathroom finishes that added a touch of quality not often found in standard hotel rooms. The food throughout the stay was consistently excellent. The buffet offered a wide range of fresh dishes, including breads, soups, appetisers, a carvery, pasta, salads, themed evenings and an outdoor barbecue every night. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and good coffee, all carefully prepared and far better than the usual bland all-inclusive choices. What truly sets Stella di Mare apart is the staff. Everyone is friendly, smiling and eager to help, creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive. I would particularly like to mention Mr Salah at reception for his welcoming professionalism and for the many things he did to make my stay so pleasant. I will definitely be back. "

A very special thank you to Hashem from the cleaning team – he kept our room spotless every day, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. It really made a difference in our stay and showed the level of care the hotel puts into guest comfort. I’d also like to thank Mohamed at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. He made check-in smooth, answered all our questions patiently, and went out of his way to ensure we felt at home. Last but not least, a big thank you to all the buffet staff – every meal was delicious, and the service was always kind, professional, and attentive. "The staff is very friendly and it was extremely clean. Constructive feedback would include trying to identify in English the ingredients in food at the restaurants. It was very challenging to find out whether the dishes were cooked with meat or not . Thepeople at the resort, extremely helpful and friendly, they did everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The scuba diving has excellent visibility. The biggest problem was that they did not pair up DIVERS according to their experience and degree of certification I was diving with people who are very inexperienced and had a shortest 32 minute dives. they need to pair people up from other resorts that are on the boat since there are many groups congregating at the same boat instead of pairing up people from within the resort on a larger boat. Also the payment system through the dive shop and the hotel needs to be improved since I spent two days trying to pre-pay hotels and diving, and they would not accept any of my Ten credit cards due to an error with US credit cards processing."
