The floors were dirty, no chair for the table and no microwave in the room. I know cleaning have a lot to do but it's still not excuse for how the rooms were"

"The rooms were not clean at all. We came as a group for a volleyball tournament and were extremely disappointed. Being told there was no housecleaning staff, there were no towels or linen was disgusting. Some teammates left for other hotels as we were told they overbooked and nothing could be done about the rooms. The lady that was there in the morning was very helpful and accommodating but overall it was not a good experience. "
