Walking into the property there was alot of activity going on with suspicious people, after we checked in and came back for a toothbrush there was a person trying to rob snacks and another person that was beat up came in asking for his stuff. Our room was not clean, tv didn’t work, water barely came out of the shower head, there was mold in the closet etc etc. If you are coming out of town this is not a safe hotel do not stay there!!!! Specially with kids !!!!

Overall the hotel was not very clean. They clean the surfaces but don't move anything to clean where chairs or ottomans are sitting. The shower curtain rod was slanted like a U so the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. Decor and mountings were all askew. Garbage and broken glass all over the parking lot. Half the toaster was broken. Breakfast was overall ok otherwise. We've stayed in worse places. The hotel isn't bad, it's just gotten run down and needs some deep cleaning and some maintenance.

The room was nice, but house keeping is lazy didn’t sweep well , left the tv without batteries and I had to figure it out myself. The staff was kind and the breakfast waffles were nice.

The place is run down. Many dings and patches in the walls that are not painted. Bathroom door was cracked, bench fabric was falling apart. Bathroom had sticky stuff on counter with hair stuck to it. Pool was open but had film on top and was cold. Staff was very friendly, especially the lady that overseen the breakfast. Convenient location.

Won't say at this hotel again. Everything was dirty. Hotel needed proper updates and things fixed instead of half fixed or patched up. Breakfast was okay. There were other guests at the time we were there that had about 15 total kids running around and not being watched. That's not the hotel's fault, but they should have cracked down on the parents for supervision of these kids. They left trash all up and down the hallways and in the elevator. They even played on the elevator while we were tried to get on and kept hitting the emergency stop button. Only good thing about this hotel was that there were no bed bugs. Didn't feel like a safe area to be staying either. Would not recommend.

The beds were clean but the room was dirty. The couch had crumbs on it and was so dirty we didn’t sit on it. There were no extra blankets, and when I asked for some at the front desk they gave me a bed sheet. The bathroom tub faucet dripped continuously. The curtains were falling off the wall when we arrived, and after I left they tried to charge me for the damage fee. They eventually gave me that money back though after I contested it with my bank. The breakfast was sufficient - there were eggs, sausage, wrapped muffins, oatmeal, waffles, and the fresh apples were good. Our room card got deactivated while we were at breakfast so we had to go back to the desk to get it activated again, that was weird.
