"Room seemed ok for the price… until we got into bed. That’s when the urine smell hit. We smelled the worst animal urine smell all night. The smell woke me up several times throughout the night. This is why maybe animals SHOULDNT be allowed in hotels….because not all pet owners are responsible pet owners! As someone with severe allergies, my eyes were on fire the whole morning while getting ready until we left. That combined with the horrible smell was a horrible experience. "

"We had a rough time as far as hotel room and the appliances in the room. Our Ac unit kept us up most of the night and sink was loud enough to hear when being run in the hallway. Staff was beyond welcoming and were there to get us anything we needed. The staff deserve all the praise and need to be recognized. "
