「I am a repeat customer. The CIRC is a beautiful property in an excellent location in downtown Hollywood, FL. Many restaurants, bars, a Publix, a liquor store, the Arts Park, a golf course are within easy walking distance. The beach is easily accessible by bike or the city shuttle. My room was clean and comfortable. Sarah, at the front desk, was delightful. Negatives: The on-site restaurants are closed. The pool area was not as kept-up and inviting as it was when the roof top restaurant...

「Rooms smelled like ashtray after requesting to switch rooms twice for the same reason. Seriously sketchy vibe, some rooms seemed to be permanently rented by some folks who seemed Brett down and out. Not sure I felt 100% safe there. Not appropriate place to take children.」

「Room was just what I was looking for and steps from the beach. The parking spot was a huge bonus for my friend that stopped by or if someone had a rental as parking is expensive. Cleaning staff was super nice as I checked out and CASIOLA answered my questions right away. 」

「How can anyone give this place a good review? My room was so moldy and turning on the AC showed one reason why, clearly the unit was filled with mold. The shower gave hardly any pressure, water didn't get very hot at all and really the place is just gross. There's also barely anything nearby, you're kind lost on some street without anything to walk to for food and such. It's not worth the 20 bucks or whatever is saved by booking here over a decent place. Zero stars is really what this gets for...

「Only big problem we had was even though we put the do not disturb sign on doorknob, someone entered our room, put 2 towels on the tv, didn't refresh bathroom, and went through where we put money in envelopes and moved them around.」

「Our flight was earlier than check in time and they graciously allowed us to check in early. It is quite a dated room and could have used a good clean. The toilet doesn't accommodate your knees as the wall is super close to it, LOL. We really had a great time and the LOCATION was absolutely perfect. Really friendly staff and the other guests were even friendly. This darling throw-back cottage style motel was unusual in this particular block as Margaritaville was right across the little street....
