When I checked in late from the San Jose airport, my toilet wouldn’t flush and when I went to the front desk, the employee asked me if I had plunged it. I told him the room didn’t have a plunger. He went in the back room to look for a plunger and left me for 20 minutes. When the employee came out he said the plunger was already being used. It took another 20 minutes for the employee get me a new room. This hotel also held my deposit way past my stay on another visit. I had to call a bunch of times to speak to a manager to get my money back. If you like wasting your time stay at this place.
