"No refreshments in the room, no kettle, cups or glasses to even drink water, no ironing board and rooms nearby that suggested facilities to iron would not allow access with my key card. "It was a lovely clean room. Beds very comfortable before our long flight so slept well. Restaurant was very convenient and had lovely gluten free food for this hungry coeliac. Also seperate toaster for breakfast so very impressed."
