Pro’s:
Great location! Walking distance, 5-10 minutes, to Kanazawa Castle & Kenrouken Garden. We had adjoining rooms with separate restrooms, worked out great with family. There’s a door between in each to minimize noise. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, fish market, 7 Eleven if you need ATM.
The check-in process was great, staff member actually walked us to our room. Room was spacious, especially coming from Tokyo. Spacious restrooms too. Staff helpful with luggage transfers, they use Yamoto. Room was clean & beautifully decorated, just like online pictures.
Complimentary water in room & umbrellas during rainy season. (We were there in late June).
This is specific for females…restroom vanity lighting was great for putting on makeup.

Not any, probably one of my favorite hotels. If I had to think of a con is that there are no complimentary snacks."
