Ehemaliges Militärgebäude

Eine schöne, große Ferienwohnung mit hohen Raumdecken und schöner Aufteilung sowie schöne Deko. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer war recht hübsch; das eine Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett groß, aber durch die Straße laut. Das andere Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten sehr leise und schön dunkel.Kleinigkeiten fehlten: keine Warmhaltekanne, nur sehr dünne Handtücher im Bad und kleine Gästehandtücher, Fernseher ohne ARD und ZDF, keine Geschirrspülmaschine.

Nicht mehr als „okay“

Der Check-in/out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Einrichtung an sich ist auch nicht verkehrt. Leider hat uns auch das nicht saubere Bad sehr gestört und dass die Dusche nicht vernünftig eingestellt werden kann. Warm/kalt/heiß wechselt ständig. Weiterhin war das Haus sehr hellhörig, die Altbautüren lassen sich nicht komplett schließen und der Straßenverkehr vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster ist ebenfalls sehr laut, sodass die Nächte schnell vorüber waren. Positiv anzumerken ist die Küche, dass es eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheständer gibt.

Überbucht und dann verkürzt

Das Badezimmer hätte durchaus gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Die Kosten der Endreinigung entsprachen nicht dem vorgefundenen Reinigungniveau. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Negatives aufgefallen, dass trotz der Bestätigung am Folgetag mitgeteilt wurde, dass das Zimmer überbucht war und somit nur noch ein Tag gebucht werden konnte. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgte reibungslos. Laut Beschreibung sollten zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden sein. Allerdings konnte nur ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten vorgefunden werden. Des Weiteren ist anzumerken, dass aufgrund der Tatsache, dass es sich um einen Altbau handelt, das Licht aus dem allgemeinen Treppenhaus in die Wohnung leuchtet und man, wenn man die Tür zum Schlafzimmer nicht schließt, immer von Flutlichtbeleuchtung umgeben war. Die Lage der Wohnung ist allerdings vollkommen in Ordnung. in unmittelbarer nähere befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte und Gastronomiemöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich äußerst freundlich. Preisleistung lässt zu Wünschen übrig.
