「On arrival the door to the unit was ajar. Not sure why it was left open. That said, the place was lovely. A damper was put on the trip on checkout because the host is harassing us; accusing us of smoking in the unit and it is simply not true. As a result of this experience we will not stay here again.」

「New building, great location. We definitely enjoyed our stay with 6 guests. Building has some common area amenities as well. Very clean, team was responsive. FiDi area is very walkable but also two blocks from train. A few minor items to be repaired but would stay again.」

「The place was awesome. It was a few minutes from the path train. It is very large and it was clean and very safe. I would stay in. I would stay there again and again nothing bad to say.」

「Great property for an NYC visit. Right next to Liberty Park offering great views of the city and the Statue of Liberty. Good neighborhood with several food options including a convenience store across the street. 5 of us stayed here with 2 each in the bedrooms and 1 on the living room futon. Worked perfect for us. 1 small bathroom, but that posed no issues.」

「You can’t beat the location! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Emir was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!」

「Lucky to have got this booking during the busy FIFA season. Located very close to train station to make the travel between the city and the rental smooth. Was able to watch the fireworks from the rental!! Would book again. Although there is plenty of parking during the day, if you are arriving after 9pm, it will be a little tough to get street parking. would book again!」

「We received 1 towel for two people over 4 days. We asked the manager for an extra towel, said they would get back to us and didn’t. There also wasn’t any dish soap so we were skeptical to use the plates or kitchenware provided. Other than that it was a good experience.」

「Perfect locationGreat building with a gym attached and plenty of police in the area.」

「I extended my reservation to stay at this property for a few additional days, and the host sent me a separate payment link for the extension, which I paid.On the second day of my extended stay, another group of guests unexpectedly walked into the apartment. They had also been given access to the property and believed they had a reservation. This was extremely concerning and uncomfortable, especially knowing that another group had been provided access to the apartment while I was still staying...

「We stayed in Hoboken, which is a beautiful city in New Jersey. Our stay was amazing! The Vrbo was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed — from plenty of towels to extra pillows and fresh, clean sheets. The location was extremely convenient, with a store, pizza place, and dollar store all within very close proximity. It made our stay even easier and more enjoyable. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place. We would happily stay here again!」

「Property was fantastic, clean, and comfortable. Great location in financial district. I Would absolutely stay here again.」

「The apartment was perfect and the view of the manhattan skyline was gorgeous. The hosts are very kind and accommodating.」

「Amazing property!! Beautiful Brownstone with hardwood floors, crown molding, etc.. Nice deck with green space view. Close to all amenities. Across from a park and nice vibe in neighborhood. Will definitely stay again if opportunity presents itself.」

「Great family friendly!」

「We gathered in NYC for a family event. With food allergies, we booked this place because it offered a chef's kitchen. There was confused communication about who would be assisting us during our stay. The host assigned someone, who then passed us onto someone else. Check-in was fine. We were greeted by a polite young man. The place looks, feels like, and is maintained like its owned by someone using it as an investment property. Nothing personal whatsoever greeted us. No welcome note, little...

「Perfect for our needs. The gym was used daily and we valued the garage parking as we had a bit of driving that we needed to do. Really appreciated the kitchen amenities - everything we needed to make some of our own meals. A mile walk to the PATH subway and a beautiful boardwalk along the Hudson. Large grocery story was within .5 miles of the apartment. Coffee shops and restaurants were close by. Beds were very comfortable and host was responsive to our requests. Using the entrance keypad...
