"From the friendliness of the staff to the view of the room to how comfortable the mattress was, our stay was wonderful!! I had the best 2 nights of sleep I’ve had in a LONG time, everyone was so kind and helpful, and we just had the best stay. Thank you to all the staff, and keep up the great work!!! OH, the bus stop and the ferry being RIGHT there was so convenient, and Beneci’s was incredible!!! They know how to cook a steak!"

"While the location was wonderful, the property itself is in need of some essential upgrades. The hallways, lighting, and rooms are very run down. The carpet in our room was stained and the bathroom had water damage that needed to be addressed. I did enjoy having coffee and water bottles available during our stay and the room size itself was pretty good for a NY hotel room in this area."
