"Staff was great and very helpful. Room was nice. In house restaurant was fantastic. Only problem I had was unfortunately my trip was cut short and they wouldn’t refund any money for the two nights I lost. And it’s there slow season so it’s not like they didn’t have time to rebook the room. More than Half the rooms are vacant. "

Showers need rethinking as theyre above the bath in the celing and soak the room. Lovely that theu give you 100000 to spend at the resort for each day you stay.whe you shower"

"First class in every aspect. Very friendly and courteous staff. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had and the service was incredible. In the heart of downtown Hai Phong is very walkable to exquisite local food and nightlife. The rooms were very clean and elegant. Very reasonably priced. A must stay if you are ever in Hai Phong"
