Property location was far from posting. Inaccurate pictures on posting. Deceptive practices to obtain renters. Property management company goes through many persons- transfer of customers annoying. Communication through many people of multiple levels. No hand soap, no hand towels. Newer location- some grab and buggy drivers unfamiliar with location.

We rented a 6 bedrooms house but when arrived, was given a 4 bedrooms house. We then were offer a refund of 2 bedrooms and was told refund amount will go back to Expedia account within 2 weeks. It has been more than 3 weeks and we have not got the refund. Try to contact the owner but no response. The place need a good deep clean and turn on air conditioning before guests arrive.

まず、チェックイン時にショーの勧誘が永遠に有り部屋にすぐに行かせてくれない。 一息つきたいのに迷惑である。 支払ったお金に対して領収書も出さない。 帰りの空港までの車代も支払ったのにドライバーから支払いは？と聞かれる始末で領収書も無ければ連携もされていない。 スタッフの教育をもう一度した方がいいです。 高い割に色々な説明もこちらが聞かないと教えてもらえないのも不満です。 残念なホテルでした。 唯一良かったのはウォシュレットがあった事です。
