Average place for few days.

Located in a decent aảea with many restaurants. Bed mattresses were hard, uncomfortable. The front of the property was overloaded with unnecessary unattractive greeneries.

Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment

We booked an apartment so we could have more space and entertain family. The staff spoke limited English but were very friendly and helpful. There are 20 units to this block located on a quiet side street with a few restaurants near by. We found a bakery but most food shopping was done at Maxi Mark about 1km away. City is only a short taxi ride away or a 25 minute walk. Flat was equipped reasonably for 4 guests with aircon and TV etc. It was cleaned daily. It was well constructed with good bathrooms. No views but quiet and comfortable

正面入り口から入れないので、地下の駐車場からチェックイン（鍵を受け取る、24時間サイゴンアパートのマークが入ってたポロシャツの係員がいます） 歯磨きと歯磨き粉がない、ティッシュがない、金庫は壊れてつかえない、電球が切れてる、日曜は部屋の掃除がないなどありましたが、近くにコンビニがあるので問題はないです。 リビングの真ん中にファンがついていて、部屋が暗い。シャワーが弱い。 ですが、大きな窓があり、電子レンジにフルサイズの冷蔵庫、無料の水のタンクにと、長期に滞在するなら助かるものが多く、良かったです。 また、立地も良く、一本細い道に入るので静かに過ごせました。向かいのバーは24時で閉店します。 再訪したいアパートでした。ありがとう。

Clean, comfortable, excellent service.

It was our 1st trip to HCM. Saigon Apartment was a very comfortable home feel style accommodation. We booked a 2 bedroom unit, it come with almost all kitchen appliances except "No Microwave Oven". Mr Tham received us on arrival (please call before arriving) there isn't any reception counter or bell hop! Mr Tham speaks pretty good English and he is a extremely friendly and patient man. Very helpful and polite. As we are in D3, it is really super convenient to more around to any eateries, malls or clubs/bars. No restriction to visitors! Cheers (awesome 👍👍👍👍 trip)

知人家族と2ルームを使用しました。リビングでゆっくり話をすることができ、ほかの時間は別々の部屋でプライベートの時間が保て、とてもよかったです。中心地より少し離れますが、ホーチミンはタクシー代が安いのでそれほど不便さはありませんでした。 次回は連泊して、ゆっくりとしたいです。

Comfortable and well located

Experience has been generally positive. Apartment is spacious and location is perfect. Apartment is on a quiet street away from the main roads, not far from city centre.

location was perfect! quiet street so no noise at night. staff were welcoming on our arrival. the apartment was great for the 3 of us. beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean! we went for the deluxe apartment. room and towels were changed every day and breakfast was delivered to the room, however it was cold :(

Great, Safe, Comfortable and Clean

Great hotel. Safe area of town, friendly and clean. This a condo style place - not a hotel. That being said, that is the charm of this place - no long check in or check out process. The apartments are clean and we never once worried about our belongings. My children left their electronics out to charge. We have stayed before and will return. It comes with free breakfast which was a bonus. The location is very central and close to everything (Ben Thanh Market, the museums, etc.)

Good apartment for the price!

Although I checked in late at night, they had already checked me in and prepared the room for me! Check in and check out was quick and easy! Entire apartment was slightly dated, but everything was clean and what I was looking for!

快適です

友人親子と3泊利用。2ベットの2バスルーム（一つは小さめ）、気兼ねなくて良い。アメニティは小さなボディソープとシャンプーのみ。基本は持ち込んだ方がいい。リネン類はバスタオルのみ。足りない場合は言えば追加置いてくれる。ドライヤー一台あり。管理人さん達、いい人ばかり。目の前のお店が賑やかで気になる時もあるが、週末泊まったが0時には静かで基本静かな1本入った路地にある。

Apartments were close to city centre (walking distance). We weren’t given enough bedding for 3 guests but we communiated this and it was punctually provided they next day. No tissues in the room. Overall quite clean.

Pros: Excellent location in D3. Lots of restaurants nearby. Relatively quiet during late hours. Staff is friendly and helpful. Secured. Several units have been renovated and if you booked the Deluxe rooms, your experience will be on the positive side. Cons: After booked the first five nights in the Deluxe room no. 18. We were downgraded to the regular rooms number 5 and 6, due to lack of availability. We had a gap in our travel plans. These units are dated, in need of complete renovation. Stains on floors and unattractive furnishing, Expedia advertised all units to have king size bed and queen size bed, but all of them have queen and full size beds. Expedia advertised this apartment to be four star establishment. It is so far from it. The level of cleanliness in units 5 and 6 are despicable. We are disappointed of how Expedia inflated their advertisement. But to be clear, the staff is absolutely wonderful and courteous. Summary: Expedia needs to do their homework and be clear of their promotion. Saigon Apartment is situated in a prime location but until the owners put some efforts in renovating their non-deluxe rooms, they have lost a frequent visitor in us. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
