"We had a nice stay at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster. The location is great and is within walking distance of most everything, restaurants, shopping, and the Convention Center. The staff were excellent and provided wonderful service. The door to our room did have a gap from the floor and so we could hear everything in the hallway. "

"This Lancaster stay suited our needs for a local volleyball tournament at the Convention Center (a 6-minute walk). The unit was clean. Street parking was an issue (which the owner mentioned in advance). It seemed to be in a "rougher" part of town which was alarming upon arrival, but all went well. "

"This hotel needs more sound proofing. We stayed here for 2 nights for my daughters volleyball tournament. On the second night the room next to us kept us up all night. We called the front desk once to complain but nothing was done so we didn't bother calling again. We ended up oversleeping the next morning and were late for the tournament. At check out the employee at the front desk asked how our stay was. I informed him of the noise issue the night before and he actually confessed that it was him in the room next door to us keeping us up all night. He informed us that the hotel had given him a room for the night to celebrate his birthday. I couldn't believe it, no wonder nothing wàs done following our phone call complaint. I"ll never stay there again."
