"Everything was great. Gave four stars because it was very noisy in the surrounding rooms. There was a convention nearby, but the partying meant it was difficult to sleep."

"We had a great time over St.Pattys day..great location to the Irish bars and loved that there was a breakfast sandw/bakery right next door. Just a couple things to note for other travelers to keep in mind...the steps up to the apt are steep, the bathroom is not right next to the bedroom, and the parking garage is about half a block away. You can likely drop luggage at door if a space is open though. There was the courthouse clock chiming on the hour and some typical city street news but ear plugs worked fine. Peter was a great host and kept in touch. We will def book again if we go again."

"It was our second time here and it was just as excellent as the first time. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, central market and Decades. The condo comes with a parking spot as well which is ideal. The condo is spacious on the inside with more space than we needed for 4 people. Jill is extremely responsive and checked in to make sure if we needed anything or had any additional questions. We definitely will stay here again when we are in the area. "

"We are in Historic Lancaster frequently. This if the first time renting a house. It was fantastic. Blocks from all that we love. Central market, the Fulton Theater and Josephines restaurant. We had some health issues so part of party could not come but the third floor for a family will be perfect next time. Also the kitchen was well equipped with a coffee pot, wine glasses and any thing else we could have needed. Thank you!!!!"

"Overall, it was an excellent deal for 2 families - 3 Adults and 2 Teens. Very spacious rooms. The host does his best to maintain this old house. The location is so convenient for us to get the events. Here are some notes for the future fellows - 1) It is an old house, so squeaking floor noises are expected; 2) The cleaning staff could have done much better job. But to be fair, it is a 2.5 story house, a lot of space to be cleaned. 3) In our stay, the bathroom drain was clogged. All in all, we will definitely come back if we have more than 4-5 people."
