Mind blowing scenery, felt so welcomed, just amazing!

The room was the most poorly equipped condo we have ever stayed in. Very few kitchen utensils, tiny skillets, tiny coffee pot. No food storage bags or covered containers. Rusty freezer. The outside facilities were nice, clean pool and hot tub, nice gas grills. Not enough umbrellas for shade. Stayed in E3, below street level. Would not recommend.

Check-in was smooth despite a system issue, and I didn’t have to wait long. However, my room had a very strong sewage smell. I initially thought the smell would go away, but it didn’t. I also noticed the carpet was wet. At first, I figured they might have just cleaned the carpets, but considering the severe odor, that clearly wasn't the case. It became obvious the room had suffered some sort of water damage. Given this condition, it’s highly likely the hotel management was already aware of the issue. I couldn't help but feel they shouldn't have assigned or sold this compromised room in the first place. I contacted the front desk, and while they responded quickly and the room change was handled efficiently, the initial experience was quite unpleasant. Aside from that, the facilities were acceptable considering the building’s age.
