"A very comfortable room (we stayed in one with two queen beds) with a great air conditioner. The location is excellent -- very close to Parque de los Novios, but is on a quieter street that does not have the traffic and noise closer to the park. The room's large-screen TV offers a great selection of cable channels. We were also impressed with the breakfast -- a traditional Colombian meal of eggs, arepa, toast, and natural juice. You should really enjoy your Santa Marta experience if you stay at this hotel!"

"Todo muy limpio y organizado,el personal exelente son demaciado de amables y serviciales. Un desayuno completo cafe,frutas,jugo, y los huevos te los hacen al momento ,los huevos perico los mejores con arepas,El área de la piscina es un lugar donde te puedes relajar ,rodeado de árboles. La ubicación exelente quedas en el mismo centro histórico, asi que puedes ir a todas partes caminando,Parque de los Novios ,La Bahia de Santa Marta , Monumento al Pibe Valderrama, La Virgen en el Mirador, todo caminando. Eso si el calor es desesperante. Tienes el supermercado cerca también. No cuentan con agua caliente para los q estamos acostumbrados a eso ,pero sale el agua templada. Tiene un restaurante con comida super deliciosa. Así q si no quieres las diferentes opciones de la calle ,el hotel cuenta con unas muy buenas."

"Tenía expectativas más altas sobre el servicio. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y en buenas condiciones sin embargo el servicio no fue el mejor, pobre comunicación, desconocimiento por parte de algunos de los empleados de los menús de sus restaurantes donde trabajan. restricciones en los restaurantes , permiten el uso de dispositivos de música en las piscinas incomodando a las demás personas. Por el valor que se paga esperaba un servicio de mejor categoría."
