"Room was very clean. The bathroom was great. It is a very newly built hotel so our room didn't have a tub. It had a nice roomy shower that was a taller height. Hotel allows dogs which is nice. Close to Alfred State. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. "

"Hot tub was perfect they supplied a fully stocked kitchen, a spa shower downstairs, plenty of space yet cozy and comfortable to relax both inside and outside. Host was very quick to respond any time we needed anything and very kind even communicated after we left to be sure we were happy with our accommodations. Great 9 day vacation!"

"It’s a farm house and if you know what that means you’ll see the beauty in this quirky little place big enough for the whole family. The dinning room was the favorite space as we had large dinners and game nights, the pond a close second as soon as the guys caught the first fish! We brought the dogs and they too had a great time in the open fields and playing hid n seek with the farm bunny’s! "
