「Nice place to stay, with access to water, canoes, kayak, water trampoline. There were 10 of us that rented and there was plenty of room. Does not have A/C, but was not needed with the nice breeze from the lake and the fans. It was always cool in the house. The lighting is a bit dark in some of the rooms, but was doable. Had everything that you need. It was a nice getaway and I would go back. The shed that has bunks was really nice to sleep in! Thank you for a nice place to stay on our trip!」

「We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.」

Absolutely stunning property in the middle of upstate New York, the pictures don’t do it justice!
