「NO HEAT, NO LAUNDRY, NO HELP, NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION. The first evening we arrived the heat would not come on in the apartment. Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan. 「The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.」
