"I was told to go to a back building that was/is used for sleep study. The fire alarm went off each day I was there and a man who lived on the first floor said the alarm goes off daily. It was very hard to get internet service and there was no hair dryer. I am usually easy to please but this "

"Everything was clean and fine until the electricity went out. Everything went downhill from there. The electricity went out yesterday evening and was still out when we had to check out a few hours early because of the blackout. After the electricity went out, all we could do was go to bed. There was no hot water. My husband uses a C-pap machine to sleep and he couldn't use it. Shame on this extended stay for not having a generator. The room was cold. Our food we had in the refrigerator went bad. Money wasted. Everyone who stayed the night should get a refund"

"The elevator had trash and graffiti. I get off on my floor, and there's trash all up and down the entire hallway. Literally. I checked in at evening time, which meant, housekeeping had already clocked out for the day after not doing their job. You could tell that the floor hadn't been touched in days. Just litter everywhere. There was a large bucket of dirty dishes sitting in the hallway across from my room. I went downstairs to complain. If I could upload the video I took, of all the trashiness, I would. Had this not been a last-minute reservation, I would've gone right back downstairs to get a refund and leave. I stayed for two nights, and housekeeping still hadn't cleaned the hallway of that same litter the morning I was due to check out. The room itself was nice, though."

"Thought we were in a ghost town. Lights in the Galway next to the elevator out, all card key locks on the building out of service, only saw 1 person working in the building, grounds around building full of branches and leaves from last fall, breakfast area not maintained with minimal food to include very green bananas. Toilet plunger in bathroom with only 1 towel set for 2 guests. Will not be staying at Ramada again after this experience not to mention the pot smell in the hallway. "
