"Nice location very close to the airport but there is nothing around the hotel"

"The location was perfect to the Rocket Arena and downtown restaurants. The check-in clerk was not personable at all. Lobby, hallways and elevator were like saunas. Went to room and the door was ajar. Room was still being cleaned. Walk into cleaning supplies but no cleaning person. She was across the hall so she came back over to finish (very apologetic). Wiped down bathroom quickly. She left and we went in the room to find the room full of hairs in the bathroom, stains on the walls, etc. Took a shower with the hand towel on the bottom of the shower because it wasn’t clean enough. The next morning went to get breakfast that I paid extra for and there was one worker that I saw, a group of people at the host stand, and the place was packed. I knew I was getting anything quickly so I left because we had to get going within the next 1/2 hour. I was not happy with the amount I paid for one night and the way it turned out. "

"I was expecting much more from Wyndham. The property is in need of much renovation. One of two elevators wasn't working and the other was slow, dirty, and its door made a loud screeching sound, the room's door didn't have a functioning deadbolt. One bedside light didn't work and the other had a broken shade, the refrigerator door didn't close, the AC cover plate was broken, scratches on the walls and furniture, loose wall papers, the sink didn't have a stopper, one towel had a hole in it, no pen and pad of paper, the smoke detector was hanging loose on the wall, no clock in the room, and a few more things along these lines."

"Room was dirty, floor didn't look vacuumed and probably has never been mopped. We had to walk around the room with shoes on otherwise socks would get sticky and filthy. Only 1 bath towel, and if you needed a new towel you HAD to exchange your dirty one at the front desk. No extra toilet paper, just what was on the roll which didn't last longer than a few hours. Soaps in the shower were empty. Breakfast was lacking to say the least, food was cold. Wait time for staff at the front desk was minimum 10 minutes consistently and had to ring the bell multiple times even though staff was in the office next to the desk. The room did not have a microwave or a freezer in the fridge. "

"Clean room, excellent staff, room was comfy temperature. My only two complaints , the pillows were awful and one of the elevators was down so it was a little inconvenient. Other than that I would stay here again. "

"The shower had the worse shower pressure and it took forever to get hot water both at night and in the morning. The toilet sat as low as it could possibly be as well. "

"The floors were soft and noticeably rotten and floor coverings were discolored and frayed. Water ran for fifteen minutes and didn’t get hot. Windows that opened had no screens and drapes were torn. Nice layout but very outdated for the incidentals hold of $100. "
