「Surprisingly nice for the price. Friendly staff gave me cookies at check in and bottle of water with my name printed on it at checkout. Everything seems well updated. Hot breakfast. Big tv with lots of channels. Stayed there twice now. Would def stay again. 」

「オハイオのコロンバスからグレートスモーキーマウンテンに行く途中で利用 ホテル到着が夜中でしたが、フロントの対応はよかったです。 建物、部屋の設備等のかなり古いです。エアコンの調節が分かりづらかったり、毛布が薄かったり、バスルームが何十年もリフォームされてない感じだったり・・・と残念でした。 不思議と朝食は普通レベルだったのが意外でした。」

「I had a reservation for this location. I paid 185.00 plus tax for a room that the bed sheets had stains, I could not turn off the air because of a missing wall thermostat. Called the front desk, was told they were full and had no other vacant rooms. The hotel is under going construction, on top of that was missing buttons on the elevator, we got stuck on the elevator, the in door pool was not accessible, hampton inn suggested that i take my four grandchildren across the street let them swim...

「you forgot to tell us the building was half torn down, no signs on the building, mattresses everywhere parts and supplies all around the place where you park. the manager was very nice and willing to help us. picture on the ad was not even close!!! and this is how expedia does business?」
