"Front desk staff would announce room numbers with other guests around. While the staff person covered all the basics, it sounded like a script. Airport shuttle was great and convenient. Liked that I was able to keep my car overnight and pick it up on a return trip. Both lobby and room had a smell that was unpleasant. Very noisy traffic outside AC was comfortable as were the beds."

"It snowed the night we were there and was very cold. The showers had no hot air water so that was a bummer. Great to be so close to airport and nice transport van. Front desk staff very cheery and helpful and profuse apologies about water issues. "

"Horrible place. Lobby isn’t even open - you have to go around a side door that’s propped open. Room was moldy and horrible smoke smell after we paid more for nonsmoking room. Not worth it! "

"Good location, good front desk agent"

"Room was comfortable, good location to the airport, not so good on the staff. They only had one person doing maintenance, front desk and shuttle service. The shuttle van was just a white van with a paper sign taped to the window so you could barely see it when you’re at the airport looking for them. We called and they said they’d be there in 10-15 minutes. we had to call again and they admitted they forgot about us. Took about 30-40 minutes. This actually happened to us twice. And with having only one person at the front and also doing the shuttle, they put a sign up on their front desk says we’ll be back in 20 to 30 minutes to help you please be patient. Not good when you’re checking in and you’re tired and there’s nobody around to help you. Would not recommend! "

"Checked in and notified attendant we would need the 5:30am airport shuttle. Bed was comfortable but next to the pool which stays lighted all night and the curtains didn’t fully block it out. Arrived in the lobby at 5:29 to see the shuttle leave the parking lot without us. The attendant was unconcerned and stated “that’s why we tell you to arrive early”. An unanticipated delay and $15 uber ride. Not happy. "
