"The staff members we came in contact with were friendly. Check in was fast and smooth. The room was clean. Only issue is parking. Parking is listed at 55 a night for valet parking. But they do not have there own parking garage. So you must pay for parking either way.. I ended up paying nearly 100 dollars for 1 night of parking but thats on me for not utilizing the Hotel valet parking."

"Parking situation is terrible. It is valet service, it took them 40 minutes to get our car out and another 30 to acknowledge our presence when we got back to the hotel. Room was fine, but the sliding bathroom door wasn’t installed properly, so no privacy- you can literally see a toiled with the door “closed”. Ok for the couples being in a long relationship, but totally unacceptable if it’s a romantic stay or a new couple."

" I stayed at the Hilton Hotels & Resorts for two nights, and unfortunately the experience was extremely frustrating. Every single time we tried to get into our room, our key cards would not work. We constantly had to go back to the front desk for assistance just to access our room. This became incredibly inconvenient and exhausting, especially since my wife is pregnant. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and annoying experience. I understand issues can happen once, but dealing with the same problem repeatedly throughout the stay is unacceptable. I really hope the hotel addresses this issue because no guest should have to struggle just to enter their room multiple times a day."

"Fantastic view of baseball games, fireworks and city skyline from our room. There was a nice selection of snacks and alcohol in our room for an extra charge, and the free coffee was nice in the morning. They had these cookie/granola bar things out on Saturday and they were delicious! We enjoyed the spa tub in our room and the futuristic elevators. We did go to the rooftop bar but it was too peopley and had a similar view as our room so we left. It was lovely up there though!"
