Situated in Palmetto Dunes Resort, you have the beach nearby (an easy 5-to-10-minute bike ride away) and so many fantastic amenities you’ll never want to leave! Pick your leisurely activity; lounging in the expansive pool, soaking in the hot tub, an impromptu grill party on the back deck, or ping pong in the garage!!! Golf anybody? All three golf courses here have been rated four stars or more by Fodor’s Golf Digest Places to Play. More than 200 miles of bike riding pathways, trails, and beaches are here for you to enjoy, and Hilton Head Outfitters can help with bike rentals on the island. They also have everything you need for the beach, from surfboards to beach umbrellas and so much more.

We had a beautiful stay at 49 Off Shore In Palmetto Dunes. We loved the bike riding, beach walking, Pickle Ball round robin. The kitchen was a 10. Very well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. We cooked or BBQ’ed every night there. We also loved going to the Hertiage Golf Tournament. Thank you.

The house is perfect for extended families staying together. Pool area is perfect! .9 from beach access by foot or bicycle. Property management was quick to respond and took care of issues quickly. All issues were minor except pool heater running out of gas but even though they could not get gas they made it right.

We absolutely loved our week at 39 Off Shore. We visit HHI every winter with our family and this is the first time we’ve rented a larger house (normally a condo/villa). The space was wonderful and so useful for our group of 12 family members. The pool/spa was easily heatable and perfect for the chillier weather we experienced. The ping pong table in the garage went over really well for the kids. Only downside is that the home is tucked way back in PD so it’s not really walkable to anything, but with bikes and cars that didn’t really matter to us. Overall, great stay and we plan to rebook!
