We even received a free room upgrade that gave us a balcony and the view was wonderful. Suggestions for the hotel - have more water refill stations outside of just the gym. Allow for a self-service parking instead of valet only. And consider limiting late night pool hours- it got loud and, bathroom upgrades - they are a bit dated. "

"I didn’t know I was choosing a room that wouldn’t have any TV. Place was empty but they wouldn’t upgrade me to any other room without charging me 20 more dollars. I was a little disappointed since I’ve stayed there many times. I don’t know if I’ll go there again. My rate was more expensive than what Expedia had it for closer to the date. I booked my room a month in advance, and I don’t think I’ll do that again."
