"The house was in a nice neighborhood, an older part of Dayton. The neighbors we met were very nice. The house looked to be well maintained with a lot of room for everyone...we had 6 adults. There was a very large kitchen and thats where we like to hangout. We would rent this property again."

"Impressed in every way with this property. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked with supplies, and very clean. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Location was central to many attractions. Outside areas were absolutely perfect for having morning coffee, drinks, and grilling out. Movie room was great for kids who had a ball. Highly recommend!"

"This location was perfect for our situation. The location was halfway between our niece’s home and the church where the funeral service was held. It provided a great relaxed atmosphere for gathering with our family. We had our adult son and daughter join us for Friday -Saturday, so the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. "This has everything you need and then some. I only needed to provide my own food. It’s in a good location to see the airforce museum and it’s close to the college. Easy to access the highways and downtown Dayton. It has nice decor. The owner/manager is attentive. I would certainly stay again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rather than staying at a boring hotel I looked and found my first air b and b. We were in Ohio to attend the national French Bulldog show. Two other cabins also were there for the same reason. It was wonderful to be able to cook our own meals and “get away from it all” The kitchen was well appointed, with a lot of cooking essentials- a cariety of spices, utensils and even olive oil and cooking sprays.
