「The cleaning staff was friendly when we asked for coffee and towels」

「HOT TUB didn't even WORK, was OUT OF ORDER, as was the only ONE ice machine for the WHOLE HOTEL!! Management wouldn't refund 2nd night of stay, had to leave due to ice storm and conference calcellation!! Will NEVER stay there AGAIN!!」

「Front desk staff rude and did not tell us anything at all about the room, the stay and extremely slow. Someone else’s garbage left in our room - on the vanity (used oral care). Room was freezing as unit heater was difficult to use. Room keys sometimes work, sometimes don’t. Would not go back.」

「Asked for a lake view, no response from the kid working the counter. Was not greeted, felt as if we were interrupting his phone scrolling. Asked if the shuttle could take us to the casino, all we get is "Uh, huh!" Couldn't find the ice machine, didn't dare ask where it was. However, the lady at the counter in the morning was extremely pleasant and happy to help with our needs.」

They didn’t have a hot breakfast, the eggs and sausage warmers were not clean cleaned from the previous day and so they just didn’t make eggs and sausage for Sunday morning. 「Very nicely decorated space with a cabin feel. Very clean & kitchen stocked with all we needed for cooking. With it being winter the gas fireplace was warm, comfy, & romantic for our get away.」

「The property smelled of pot. My room didn’t but the room showed signs of how old it was. The tub was worn out and the handicap shower head didn’t work right. The handle to get into the shower was in a horrible position. The front staff was very nice and helpful. People were loud and doors slamming at 6 am. 」
