"The location is great very close to a lot of restaurants and things to walk to. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool is under renovation for a little while so we weren’t able to use it, but they did tell us about that ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.."

"Hotel was very clean for it being under construction. But with that some of the rooms had been updated, which were amazing, but certain amenities were left put and we were not warned ahead of time. Now the hotel was amazing in getting us the mini fridge and microwave but a heads up would of been appreciated. Especially because if we did not call down and ask for them we probably would not have gotten them. A very minor inconvenince, but minor things like that are usually why we stay at Hiltons because they are always ontop of it so it was a let down to see that they werent this time. Will be going back once full renovations are complete for sure. Staff was amazing, polite, and helpful. (The free cookies are always a plus) The parking situation was rough but understandable being back to back games for the Pens. But bring your patient pants. The staff do amazing but they can only go so fast so let them do their jobs - They are taking care of you and your vehicle in the end."

"In town for a hockey game and stayed for 3 nights. Weather was in the 70s and the air conditioner in our room wasn't working. We asked to switch rooms and were able to. Air conditioner in our new room wasn't working either. We talked to some other guests and none of them were working, hallways were extremely hot and moist, had to sleep in 80 + degree heat. Also the listing says soundproofed rooms but were able to hear the neighbors being intimate which was disgusting. Not enough positives to outweigh the huge negatives."
