「Near everything--restaurants, stores. Great staff. My only complaint is with the TV. Very few channels and those that they did have, you couldn't get a signal to watch them.」

「For a suite, the sofa in the room should be usable. It was so hard, it felt like concrete. I ended up spending all my time sitting in the bed. Also, no lotion as an amenity.」

「We are a party of two. No favorable point at all about the hotel. We checked in shortly after 3pm. First of all, upon entering the room, we noticed a smell of urin, coming from the AC unit. We immediately reported the problem. Hotel clerk said to send a maintenace personnel to the room. No one came. We had to sleep in the foul smell all night without the AC. Also, the bath drained extremely slow. Next morning we made a compalint about the two problems. The hotel clerk at the counter (a...

「I have stayed here before and it was good. This time, we had an issue with the blinds/curtains. They are on a motor and we, and the maintenance staff, could not get the blinds down. Our room faced the parking garage so the lights were brightly shining through the window. That made for a sleepless night. The maintenance guy reset the power and still couldnt get it to work. This was around 1 am and we just wanted to sleep. The Sheraton could do better.」

「Room was beautiful and amazing. Everything was perfect, from the views, to the downstairs cafe. Including the location it’s in it’s very close to everything we had come and planned to do. Once again just absolutely stunning on the inside. Staff was also super friendly and attentive, will definitely stay again the next time we come to Baltimore!」

「Scrambled eggs were terrible. Should have had sweet rolls. Should have real maple syrup. Unbreakable glasses for bathroom.」
