「Chose this hotel for location close to family. It was clean & had a good breakfast, would stay again.」

「Was very very disappointed. I had a reservation for Saturday night. I called on Thursday night to cancel due to a family issue that was last minute. I was told they would cancel the reservation but had to charge me the nightly rate because it was too late. I said theres nothing you can do, they told me it was property policy no exceptions. This is the epitome of corporate greed, and shows why the world is in the shape its in. I personally will never stay at another Hampton Inn or Hilton...

「Very nice cottage, appeared to be new construction. Had a great back porch overlooking a golf course and there were lots of extra supplies for guests. Everything was very clean. Loved the coffee pods and creamers! Only negatives were the driveway coming in was overgrown and narrow. Couch in den was new but very uncomfortable. 」

「Totally acceptable very affordable motel. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean & in working order. Property felt very safe, especially at night — VERY bright security lights! Convenient to downtown Franklin. Would absolutely stay there again. 」
