"Easy parking, clean and tidy room only let down was squeaky bed when someone moved, toilet and shower block clean and plenty of hot water, shared kitchen clean with plates cups etc. for a inexpensive place to stay was very impressed. If travelling in area again would definitely use, many thanks."

"The Hen House was lovely! It really was pretty, comfortable and finished to an incredibly high standard. The estate is beautiful and we happened to stay during a midsummer fair, which was fantastic. The hot tub was in dire need of a deep chemical clean. The tubes connected to the fire were leaking bits of dirt. Also the check out time being 10am is quite early when it is self catering and you’ll also need to pack a car. Overall I would highly reccomend a stay here. "

"This hotel is an experience. The building is old and charming, and very clean. The owner is helpful and friendly. The food is yummy. On our two week UK trip we stayed in six hotels - The Cnoc Hotel was our favorite."
