「In this day and age when corporations/management companies buy up residences and manage them from afar, it's a breath of fresh air to have hosts who are right on site, offering real human interaction, that for me, helps make the stay a much more comfortable experience. Jenn and Dan were very attentive to my needs and also had suggestions for a place to walk to refresh my travel weary body. I enjoyed the tidy, well arranged apt.」

「Property manager always reached back out when I had a question so I really appreciated that. Place was about 20 ish minutes (30 ish with traffic) to the main tourist area which wasn’t too bad. Only thing I would change is adding a bit more equipment to the kitchen for guests to use such as napkins, a bit more toilet paper for the bathrooms, cleaner blankets, maybe a bit drawings offered to use for the kitchen like most rental places have but besides that, not a bad place at all and the...

「Excellent location within walking distance of light rail (fast to Chicago city center), parks, shopping, and the industry museum. The kitchen was very functional and bathroom was is good order. Beds were made with plenty of pillows. Only negative was some of walls were scuffed up and the washing machine's in another area of the building. If you're taking a car, the street parking can be challenging. Otherwise, very good.」

「We enjoyed our stay in this well located apartment and appreciated the elevator to the second floor. Our host Christine was a great communicator. Cafes and restaurants are nearby within a 5 min walk. The bed was very comfortable with clean white sheets and I made use of the earplugs for the plumbing noises in the middle of the night which were mild enough not to wake up my husband.
