"Very nice off the grid location usual Devon lanes to property, more than comfortable in extremely well equipped kitchen. Good place for wildlife lovers plenty to see. Only suggestion would be some form of identification at the start of the “track” from the road if not the place name a coloured triangle or circle on the bridle way sign would help tremendously to help find the place. "My wife and I had a great few days at Pigway Cottage. If anybody out there wants a quiet holiday in a secluded part of North Devon then Pigway Cottage is the place for you. The cottage itself is top class and has everything you need including a private hot tub should you wish to partake. Although quiet and secluded you can still reach all parts of North Devon within 30 minutes by car. Would I recommend it here, “Absolutely”"

"We had a lovely relaxing stay in Buttercup Lodge. The owners went above all our expectation, provided everything you could possibly need plus more. There are games inside and outside to occupy young to old. Will definately be going back. "

"Very disappointing stay , We arrived after a 9 hour drive , when we arrived the cottage wasn’t cleaned and no bedding , We rang both Wayne and Karen , we decided to go buy some bedding , on route Karen did ring back to be fair and apologised saying she was told we was due on the 6th , (day of departure,) Went to the pub for an hour and Karen had the cottage ready , I thanked her by tx but no communications back , nothing from Wayne all week , I would of expected a follow up chat asking if everything was ok now , The bed or bedding smelt fusty , when returning from a day out the building had like a damp fusty smell , Settee isn’t very comfortable, couldn’t get a signal on the TV , and WiFi very poor , Overall very disappointing, we was due to leave on the Friday but left on Wednesday night , Shame as the pool is loverly , and the surrounding area is very nice , It’s obvious that the cottage suffers from damp as it has moisture traps in the bedroom and bathroom , Won’t be booking again . "
