"After a shaky start the stay at Great Fosters was good. The hotel was full on my first night and unfortunately the room is been allocated had several issues. The staff were unable to move rooms but reassured me I'd be moved first thing in the morning. The second room was much better and the change over was handled well. A good measure of a hotel is how they handle when things go wrong, and the team at Great Fosters stepped up and made it right.
The other aspects of Great Fosters are excellent....

"Amazing stay at Crazy Bear for my boyfriend’s birthday. I booked the decadent room, which was amazing- so spacious and the decor was gorgeous. Very clean, with everything we needed.
Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a flawless stay, room service was spot on- breakfast good, with beautiful surroundings in the restaurants. Reception staff super helpful too
