"Bed was extremely high off the floor. Difficult for someone with mobility issues to get onto. Great shower but to turn the water on one has to enter the shower and experience cold water to operate until warm water flows."

"Hotel was clean but very busy that specific weekend. Everything was fine except for the AC in the room doesn’t cool well. We heard other people making the same complaints."

"The hotel is very nice and clean, although we had a few misfortunes during our stay. The elevators were being renovated so we had to use the stairs. Upon check in, the gentlemen informed me that he sent an email but while traveling, I hadn't checked it so this was the first we heard it. A phone call would have been better. (I later found the email in my spam folder) But it was fine so we stayed anyways. The room was clean but our toilet kept over flowing for some reason. A kind gentlemen came up quickly to take care of it. The TV remote was not responding, but the front desk clerk was kind enough to come up to check it out and gave us another one to use. The breakfast was hot and everything was fresh. Even with all the mishaps, I would stay here again but hope my next experience will be better. "
